VFB Pro Stopped working

    I’ve had this plug-in for quite a few years now and while it worked great during that time it stopped working a few months ago. The form that I used for people to contact me now only shows up if I’m logged in to my WordPress dashboard. I’m using VFB Version 2.5.1.

    Hello BTPB,

    You are using the Classic Pro version, I would suggest setting up a ticket for the issue you are having. Please open a pro support account and a ticket here: http://support.vfbpro.com/support/login

    Thanks Shane. That would be possible but when creating a support ticket it’s asking for an order number, required. For the life of me I can not find this number anywhere. I have a license number but it won’t take that. Any suggestions?

    Hello BTPB,

    You must have a very old Order Number, but you will still be able to use the License Number to create the ticket.

    Hi Shane,

    Yeah, old enough that the original email is gone from my inbox.
    I tried the license number in place of the order number but it says invalid.
