• Hello,

    I have setup the shipping method in our site correctly and we have received over 300 orders so far.
    Our setting [Delivery Method(s)] is based on postal code flat rate. and in store pickup for free.
    so at the check out customer will get only 2 options:
    $6 flat rate or store pick up.

    Today I got an order from a customer that he by pass the Delivery Method(s). and the invoice showed: free. and no method of delivery is showing in the order.
    I do not have this method setup in the site: Free!. in the invoice: PDFORDERSHIPPING
    Its very strange and I can not figure out what did happen.

    Please help if you have any idea how can customer order from the site without selecting any method.

  • Im having a similar issue where ‘rest of the world’ shipping rate does not show up at checkout.

    Hope there is a resolution to this, I’ve spent hours trying to figure out what’s going wrong.

    Do you have any free shipping coupons set up? Any chance you could send through an anonymized screenshot of the order and order notes section?

    Hi Riaan,

    Now I do not have any coupon, in fact the option: Enable the use of coupons is unchecked, in my woocommere settings.

    Can I email you the full snapshot as it has customer info.

    Again as I mentioned there were no coupon set in my site, as well I had only 2 shipping mentioned set by postal codes: delivery and pickup in store.
    I’m really now sure, why its shows in the order: Free!
    customers when they checkout in my site they get only 2 options for delivery.

    So I’m worried, what did happen. any hints how to investigate?

    Any way to know what did woocommerce did that, grant the customer free shipping even there is no coupon or free shipping method in the system.
