Very good plugin

This plugin offers a plethora of settings, and we are generally very happy with it. However, we deducted one star for missing ease of use; for example, there is no option to just send the new entries since the last mail with CSV, as well as missing customization options for the separator. Also, some settings feel misplaced – e.g., the mail settings are all over the place.
