We paid and use Divi for our wedding website. Then thought we would add the Divi form in for RSVP’s. It worked fine at the start before they took out the fields on the submissions and make you pay to get them. Terrible practice and they should be called out for it. You can’t just take the information out of the form once it’s been filled, it used to be there and now it’s replaced with a pay to play model. Deceptive work

    Hi @joelmolloy86,

Can you please confirm if you bought the pro version of the plugin from the Divi Marketplace?

    https://www.elegantthemes.com/marketplace/divi-contact-form-db/

There is a bug right now where the premium version is replaced with the free version of the plugin if you try to update it.

If you bought it from the Divi Marketplace then please download the plugin zip file after logging in to your customer dashboard at Elegant Themes and upload it to your website.

If you see a message to update the plugin then please ignore it for now.

I will post an update in this support ticket once an updated version is released on Divi Marketplace after which it should be fine to update the plugin.

Let me know how it goes.

Yes I can confirm I have paid for this through elegant themes. I had to buy the license again last night separately just to get the data from the forms that was needed.

How would I go about getting a refund for one of these purchases?

    Hi @joelmolloy86,

You can get a full refund for the purchase that you made last night.

Please reply to the purchase email or use the support feature inside the plugin settings and I will issue a refund immediately.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
