Hello.
In what theme do you use this shortcode?
Regards
Hello,
Theme name is Orizon (http://www.skywarriorthemes.com/orizon-theme/).
Is the plugin theme-dependent? If yes, this is a huge flaw…
Thanks for your answer.
Do you following all instructions?
http://plugins.fruitfulcode.com/shortcodes/vertical-tabs/#ffs-tabbed-33|ffs-tabbed-43
Please, check and if yes, I will submit your issue to our development team for checking.
Regards
Yes I did. I tried writing it myself, then tried inserting the default example from the toolbar.
This is what’s on the page at the moment.
[fruitful_tabs type="vertical" width="100%" fit="false"]
[fruitful_tab title="Title 1"] Tab 1 content place [/fruitful_tab]
[fruitful_tab title="Title 2"] Tab 2 content place [/fruitful_tab]
[fruitful_tab title="Title 3"] Tab 3 content place [/fruitful_tab]
[/fruitful_tabs]
Hello,
Please, try to use default shortcodes. If it will be display correct, the reason could be conflict with your theme. Try to use other plugin.
Regards.
Alright I’m ending this now. I feel like speaking to an offshore call center, like what you’re saying doesn’t make any sense. I *am* using the default shortcode.
And, if the plugin is theme-dependent, then it is useless. You need to update your code so that the plugin doesn’t use any wordpress CSS properties.
Thanks anyway and good luck !
Hello. Sorry for some misunderstanding. You can try use plugin with standard theme (not with yours) and if it will be work correct the reason could be conflict with your theme.
Because Fruitful Shortcodes plugin from the very begining was a part our theme Fruitful and with some themes really can not work or work not correct.
