Version number

I know the plugin/Wordpress can get the version number automatically but how can I get it for the add-ons. The core plugin data can be retrieved from WordPress by doing this:

https://api.wordpress.org/plugins/info/1.0/wp-job-manager

But I need to get the version (outside of WordPress) for ‘application deadline’, ‘applications’, ‘apply with facebook’ and ‘apply with linkedin’.

Any ideas?
