Version 6.4….we’re getting there

    Personally I like building WordPress websites with the default software. No “Edit with … 🙂 With the latest coverblock I can finally design (with CSS) the page headings just like any pagebuilder and without using a 3rd party section-block. I still need to use a function hack to get the block editor in admin to full width (looks so much better on large screens).

    A comment to all those that rates one and two stars. Learn som CSS and put some classes to the blocks and I think you will develop much faster than any pagebuilder.

    Huh? Isn’t the much touted point of Gutenberg to make all that easier? So you DON’T have to tweak CSS as much?

    Last time I tried it (a fair few months ago) it was genuinely awful. Hiding everything away so you have no idea what you even can do.

    I do need to see how it’s progressed. But it’s a challenge to carve out that much time.
