I have Pretty Links Developer Edition license, but after updated to version 4, I cannot access to those add-on features.

Same here nothing is working and everything now says upgrade

Thanks for your contact!

The Developer license doesn’t include add-ons. Add-ons (Developer Tools, Link in Bio, Product Displays, Splash Pages, UTMs, User Links) are only available on our high-tier plans. So, to use them, you would need to upgrade to Marketer or Super Affiliate.
