version 3.5.0 is buggy

I am not requesting support; rather I’m reporting issues with version 3.5.0. I use BackWPup on a number of sites. These sites are hosted on multiple servers (not the same hosting environment).

On one server (php v 5.4.45, MySQL v 5.5.51) the media library would not load in grid mode, I was unable to upload files, and unable to add items to WooCommerce cart – all JavaScript functions. Rolling back BackWPup to the previous version resolved all of these problems.

On another server (php v 5.6.36, MySQL v 5.6.38) the file backup would not complete; it only backed up a portion of the files. No errors logged. I reinstalled the plugin; no change. I rolled back to the previous version and can run backups just fine.

I know it’s been reported elsewhere here, but I was also alarmed that the backup size was increased by about 10MB…only to realize it was all due to this plugin.

I caution others against updating this until these bugs are worked out.
