Version 3.0 HTML / CSS markup changes

    Version 3.0 of the widget will be released shortly. In the new version the HTML markup and CSS will change.

    If you have not made any CSS customisation of the widget this will not impact you.

    The change to the markup is to modernise the HTML/CSS and also make it work better on larger page layouts, not just narrow sidebars, as many now use page builders to insert widgets into pages.

    It will also lay some of the future the foundation operating as a block.

    However, if you already have customised the CSS and are happy and don’t want to make changes, we have created a plugin that will install the legacy pre 3.0 version of the widget layout. You can obtain that here https://github.com/alanef/display-eventbrite-template-legacy-widget
