Looking for your co-operation regarding the same.
Having the same issue with a fresh install.
Please make sure you have enables the required option to allow the vendor add products, in order to do that please navigate to WCMp >> Settings >> Capability >> Product Capability and checked the boxes. ( See the screenshot https://drive.google.com/a/dualcube.com/file/d/0Bx3S5WbEjHvpd2hobjNzdDBVWHc/view?usp=drivesdk )
If the boxes are checked, please click the “Save Changes” button and again visit vendor profile and check whether vendors are able to add products and coupons.

In version 2.7, when a new Vendor registers, he cannot submit products, I read all your answers above and I checked them and still the same problem exist. Old Vendors can still manage their products.

But still when a new Vendor applies to become a vendor why doesn’t “Submit Product” be checked automatically ? Should I check it on for every vendor ? I made sure the option “Allow vendors to submit products for approval/publishing.” is On .. please help
@boib1222 It was a bug with our latest update. These roles were not assigned to the vendor automatically. We have resolved this issue and uploaded the fix through GitHub.
