Had to download previous ver 2.2.5 and Form is back.

P.S. Before updating I was using ver 2.2.2.

Please let me know how to updated without losing the subscribtion form.

    Hello,

Thank you for the detailed report.

We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue in our testing yet, so we’d like to gather a little more information.

    Could you please provide:

    • The shortcode you are using on the page (you may replace your actual Form ID with something like 12345 if you prefer).
    • Whether you are using the classic shortcode or the newer embed code format.
    • The page URL (if it is publicly accessible), or a screenshot of the page editor showing the shortcode.
    • The exact WordPress version.
    • The PHP version.
    • Whether the page is built with the Block Editor, Classic Editor, Elementor, WPBakery, or another page builder.

Additionally, after upgrading to 2.2.6, could you check whether the page source contains the shortcode output at all, or if it disappears completely?

This information will help us reproduce the issue locally and identify the cause much faster.

    Thank you!

    Hello,
    Thanks for your response.

Here are some info about my blog:
    – PHP version 8.2.30
    – WP v 7.1
    – Page uses WPBakery Page Builder 6.7.0 and inserted as block Raw HTML with shortcode [sendpulse-form id=”xxx”]
    – additianly I use Polylang for multilanguage and have separate shortcodes for each language.

When I upgraded to 2.2.6 and opend source code of the page in place where should form output the code there wasn’t any html code.

Thank you for the additional information and for helping us narrow down the issue.

We have identified a problem related to shortcode rendering, and it has been addressed in version 2.2.7. Based on your description, there is a good chance that this is the same issue you encountered.

Version 2.2.7 has already been submitted to the WordPress.org plugin repository and is currently under review. As soon as it becomes available, please update the plugin and let us know whether the issue is resolved on your website.

Thank you for your patience and for your feedback!
