Stopped working in 1.52 in Firefox and Chrome. Tried various of the options but none showed any of the lightboxes. Went back to previous version that is working fine

in Firefox and IE: not opening the lightbox but opening linkpages
disabled all addons in FF and started in safemode but no change in behaviour

What you described points to a different issue.
A different issue of the plugin or of Firefox/wordpress?
this is my site:
@rsp7, I checked your site and:
– Javascipt is ok, no errors
– jquery is ok, no coflicts, enqueued the way it should be
– the HTML output for RL is there
But still the RL event does not fire.
My presumption: there must be a js conflict with a script in your theme. Unfortunatelly we’re unable to find that conflict without testing and code juggling on your site.
Ok thanks for checking. I’ve now put RL 1.5.1 back again which is working in FF, IE, Chrome and Safari

It seems TP be quite risky to update the plugin because with every new version there are new side effects. The display behaviour of lightboxes changed from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 to 1.5.3 without touching any other plugin or browser updates.
@wp-newbie, just normal bugfixing.
If it’s not working for you pls post a link to your site.
After the new update (1.5.2), the plugin doesn’t work with me anymore. Just installed the 1.5.1 version and waiting for the new fix from you!

95% of all that kind of issues come from the theme bad coding, js errors or js conlicts that has nothing to do with Responsive Lightbox.
So sorry, I can’t link my sites here.

Version 1.5.4 is not working for me. Can someone link any of the other recent versions for me? Those were all working fine.
Use the url for the current version and change 1.5.5 into the version you want to go back to and it will download the old version
