    While verifying Gravatar as part of filling profile of an author choosing option of WordPress site, getting message:
    Failed to locate XML-RPC API
    Something went wrong when trying to locate the XML-RPC API on your blog. Please log into your WordPress admin panel, then go to Settings > Writing > Remote Publishing and check the box next to ‘Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.’

    However, under Settings, both of admin and author, could not find anything as “Remote Publishing”.

    Do you have xmlrpc.php blocked, via a security plugin or .htaccess? If not, and if this is your own server, do you have the PHP XML libraries installed?

    @sterndata Thanks for the reply. Actually, our purpose of displaying image/gravatar of author along with the published posts is served without verifying.
