yes the order is complete and the other reviews have the “verified user” checkmark. I doubt this is caused by a third-party plugin because all the other reviews have the mark.

Hello, yes we have deactivated plugin and themes but the problem persists. We just want to add it to one of the users that’s missing it, that’s it.
