  • Hi,

    Recently in making new events we have been unable to add an event or organiser like we used to, we feel that a recent update may have broken this. Could anyone offer any advice on how we can get this working again?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us, and sorry to hear about this issue.

    Can you please let me know which version of the plugins you are using? If this happened after the last update to 4.4.2 then downgrading the plugin to will probably make things right for now. One the site is back working, then you can test the install in a staging / development server.

    First step to test is to follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
