    Hello,

    my request is simple, I want to know how I can add an extra option on the list for vendor verification (shown in image) besides the passport, national ID card

    additionally, I have some missing icons on the dashboard why is that?

    I would have posted this on the Dokan support website however the website won’t let me login! and the problem isn’t with my account because I tried creating other accounts and the same problem occurs! I bought two plugins and I can’t even get support on them! in addition to that I couldn’t even send a message using their contact us form which didn’t even work!

    The missing icon is caused by font awesome. You need to update the font awesome class to fix the icon missing issue. The support team will surely help you with the matter.
