Well, for this you have to contact WCMp support, as those order or request should be generated for vendors.
Or, simply saying WCMp should be “WooCommerce with BoxyStudio Booked appointments app and then via NP Quote Request Plugin” compatible then it will work for you.

The WCMP came bundled with the theme, so this might not be possible, but if I switched off WCMP and activated your Multi Vendor Market Place would I be able to do it then?

Well, WCFM is also not compatible with “WooCommerce with BoxyStudio Booked appointments app and then via NP Quote Request Plugin”.
When an order is placed, the order is set to quote request but only shows in the admin dashboard, not the vendor dashboard. Is it possible for the vendor to review the order and edit it?
Hope this issue will be resolve for you using WCFM Marketplace. But I can not give you 100% assurance as I never test this.
