The issue is due to a server configuration issue… see index.php in the web address, that is breaking the permalinks for Connections. You’ll have to contact your web host so they can adjust your rewrite rules to move that.

That was the answer, although i didn’t have to contact anyone. I was able to make the adjustment from the dashboard>Settings>Permalinks. It was set to custom for some reason. I changed it back to default and everything works fine.
