    I’m noticing a whole host of errors underneath my form. Mostly related to undefined indexes. Not sure why so I’m hoping someone at WP Forms knows.

    Hosted on InMotion Hosting. PHP 7.4.11. Theme is Ocean WP.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    It appear that the error message might be related to the reCAPTCHA noconflict mode. When you have sometime, please disable the reCAPTCHA no conflict mode under WPForms > Settings > reCAPTCHA > No-Conflict Mode. Here’s a screenshot for quick reference.
