    Heya,

    In the past few weeks I have had 3 or 4 orders that come through with no variations selected. It is an e liquid site and people choose there flavor.

    If you go to that link you find you have to choose 2 flavors and a nicotine level. I have tried myself and it is not possible to purchase without selecting them. However I have had these few random orders come in with just the product name but no variations whatsoever.

    So for example someone orders 4x 30ml pack, there should be 4 flavor variations and one for nicotine level. This error causes no flavors or nicotine level to show and I end up having to email the customer.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have searched google and have struggled with wording my search term for this problem 😀

    Hey there!

    This is a tricky one, as if you can’t reproduce the problem, it’s difficult to solve. Can you reach out to the customers in question, to ask what they did? It may have been a specific browser combination or something else that happened.

    Cheers for your reply! Yeah I understand it would be tricky as normally you have to select them else it wont work. I have asked the most recent one and he was adamant he had put the selections in, I am unsure as to what browser he is using. Would it be a problem with my site seeing as it doesnt seem to be a common problem?

    The thing is, it could be anything – the browser, a plugin, the theme, etc. If you can’t replicate it, there’s no way to tell. The best advice I can give here is reduce the number of plugins you’re using to help narrow down the potential culprits, disable any customization you’re using, and so on.

    I’d also keep a close eye on it and see if you can find any pattern – for example, is it happening with only specific products? Specific variations?

    The key here is being able to reproduce it, as at that point you can test to figure out what’s causing the actual problem.
