Variation Worked on Friday…….

….But now when I add new products / variations, it doesn’t work! I figured that if plugin had crashed, it would affect all products allocated a variation, so perplexed on that one.
Settings in the variations are the same, so really don’t know what it could be.
Really like to plugin & want to go pro, but ideally need to get this issue resolved first.

Hi,

What can I say? if it was working on friday and I didn’t release any update than something else has changed in your system. You will have to try and debug it out.

Sorry, was a bit ambiguous with my explanation. The products that I worked on Friday all still work okay….New ones do not.

Working variation:

Happy to do the debugging, but not if I’m missing something else glaringly obvious.

No. Just uploaded you plug in Friday, had a play around/got familiar (kits) then when i went back to it the other day, added images (dressings) in the same way, but now the image won’t change.
Would the PRO version fix it?

Hi,

The PRO approaches the reading of the variations in a different way, so yes It could fix it.
But first, I would prefer to have a look myself at the issue you are reporting.

Issue solved due to custom attributes with multiple texts, recommended using attributes instead of custom.
