Variation quantity issues in the total

I have a meta group with Variation Quantity and when I choose a option the value add to the option total. For example, my product cost $520 and a variation $580, when I choose this variation the option total shows $1100 and it’s incorrect, because the option total should be $580. Previously there was an option where the cost of the product didn’t add to the variation, but now it does and there isn’t the option.
