    Also should note that I have tried it with a different theme and with all other plugins deactivated and the issue still persists.

    Not seen this before, and I see the variations have stock > 0 in the source.

    That said I see some suspicious code in the source http://glui.me/?i=axcgw3zfboy1j1j/2016-02-12_at_21.02.png/ Looks suspect – I don’t know what theme you switched to, but that customisation could be affecting this since no one else has had the issue.

    Thanks for the reply – Turns out the bug was in the code for a third party Woocommmerce plugin.
