You have not assign any variation to the pictures.
If you have any doubts check the demo http://svi.rosendo.pt/free ,
and see how products are setup.

Thanks again for your quick response it’s working!
But have additional questions about the variations, I would like to set a fix price on the item and the variation which will be picked by the customer will have additional charge because the variations is just an add-on to the main product, how can I do that ?
