Variation Image does not change

    Hi, I have recently updated the Woocommerce version and it makes the variation product images not changing. I have testes the site when changing back the theme to “Store Front” and it works well. Thus, I think there is a conflict with my current theme. What do I have to do next to fix this? Thanks

    Hi @tphamdev12,

    If it works with the default Storefront theme then it sounds like there is a conflict with your current theme. Please reach out to your theme developers that are best positioned to assist you with this issue.

    Since it’s already clear that the current theme is the cause of the issue, you don’t have to deactivate other plugins or do further testing. The next step you’d need to take is to reach out to the theme developers as fixes can only be made by them.

    This theme was built by a previous developer who I don’t know how to contact. Do you know where I should check on this custom theme?

    If you’re not personally familiar with custom development for WooCommerce, the previous developer is no longer available and you don’t feel like changing the theme, you can hire a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
