Variant filtering doesn’t work

    The ability to filter by variant doesn’t work. The search base gets hung up and returns no values. I tried to resolve this through a case with them, but it has been outstanding for almost a year. I even created a sandbox so they could do some testing and provided them credentials several times. It takes a day or two between each email. Customer service is awful and the plugin lackluster.

    Thanks for your review! However, I think you are talking about the AJAX filter plugin.
    Our support response time depends on the ammount of tickets we need to manage and the order of them.
    However, if we have not been able to solve your issue, I suggest you to contact us again with a new ticket so we can try to provide a solution for your exact case, as that feature works perfectly fine in our live demo, so your case should be studied and try to find out why it does not work as expected.
