Hi, Guys my variable products in WooCommerce have stop loading correctly. They don’t display the price. and the more expensive options get loaded at the lowest default price. Any idea what has happened?

You can’t see the price until you add the product into the sales cart.

    I need help asap please

    Woo – Version 4.5.2
    Wordpress – Version 5.5.1

  • Hi there,

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Ok so I’ve tried this: Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce

The variable products are still loading at the lowest option price.
I’ll go through adding each plug-in separately and see what happens.

    Hi, Siew
The plugins don’t seem to be the issue.
I can’t see in the settings shown to switch the theme to store front

I’ve had enough aggravation with this today. time for a beer and I’ll try again tomorrow.

    Hi, Siew

Day 2, So I disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce.
I have 12 Themes loaded in my appearance and only the 1 activated that I have used for the past two and a half years. It’s a Child theme the original designer had to modify some code on the original theme.

When I go through and test each theme in live preview mode. The Variable products are loading correctly.

So I take it my theme is now incompatible or perhaps needing some additional CSS to correct the issue? Coding is something that is over my head. I would greatly appreciate your help with this. I am a small 1 man business.

    Hi there,

For this purpose, I highly recommend going with standard themes to avoid customization issues.
