Hello,
thank you for your response. I have the latest version (2.2.1 2018-01-28) but that doesn’t change anything – neither the variable product descriptions nor the strip of the tags.
Is there anything I’m missing?

Ok, after manually downloading from my account it didn’t change. Now I got a message to update within the dashboard. Again I updated and tested the regenerated CSV files. Unfortumately that didn’t help too. The only thing that happend is that the strip_tags doesn’t work anymore too.
Then instantly I again got a update notification. Always for the same version. I think there must be a problem with the update service. And I only can see version 2.2.1.

Since I can’t reach out to your support (don’t recieve answers) I have to write here.
The update solved two issues for me:
– shortcodes are being stripped correctly
– variable product titles are working now
BUT: html tags are not being stripped.
I regenerated the file and tryed saving it again. Both did not help.
