Variable Product Recommendations and Free Shipping

Hi, I really like your plugin. But I have 2 issues that are preventing me from using it.

First is when I add a recommended product at the product level, it shows a price of $0 (although all variations are the same price). If I select a specific variation (e.g. color black and size medium) it shows the price. Is there something I don’t have set right in my products for the price to show on the recommendation? I can’t recommend something that has no price. And I don’t want to show a specific size with an add to cart button, as it might not be their size.

Second is the free shipping can only be set for one country. I ship to 2 countries, both with free shipping over a certain threshhold.

I don’t see anything that indicates that these are limitations of the free version.
