    Hi,

I noticed that a product that has around 60 variations is not in merchant center. How can I fix this?

    Hi again,

I just discovered that other products are not in the merchant center as well. And the status of the plugin shows ”pending”

    Hi @aitta10 ,

Thanks for all the screenshots and the logs. A few things worth knowing first about how Google for WooCommerce syncs variable products:

    • Each variation is submitted to Merchant Center as its own item (not as a single variable product), so a product with ~60 variations should produce roughly 60 items in the feed.
    • A variation won’t sync if it’s missing required data (title, description, ID, link, image, price) or if the product’s Channel Visibility is set to “Don’t Sync and Show.”
    • After a product is created/updated it can take a while for Google to process it, and products that aren’t updated expire after 30 days.

To point you in the right direction, could you check this for me: in your WordPress dashboard, go to Marketing > Google for WooCommerce > Product Feed and look at a variation of a specific product — what status is it showing (Not synced, Pending, Disapproved, etc.), and are there any messages under the Account Issues or Product Issues tabs for it?

That status is the quickest way to tell whether it’s a visibility/exclusion setting, missing required data, or a disapproval from Google.
You can read more about statuses and feed requirements here: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-for-woocommerce/get-started/product-feed-information-and-free-listings/

I’ve reviewed your logs and do see that at least 80+ products have synced. Could you confirm if these are simple products without variations or if they have same variations that haven’t synced? Could you link us to a variable product that hasn’t synced correctly?

We look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible.

On your scheduled actions question: yes, they can be related. Google for WooCommerce queues its syncs as background jobs. If those jobs sit in Pending, nothing gets sent to Merchant Center. Go to Tools > Scheduled Actions (or WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions), open the Pending tab and search for gla. If many jobs are past due, WP-Cron probably isn’t running. Caching, security plugins or DISABLE_WP_CRON in wp-config.php can all block it. For the 60-variation product: each variation is sent as its own item, so open a few variations and check that each has its own price and image, and that the parent’s Channel Visibility isn’t set to Don’t Sync and Show. Then check the variation’s status under Marketing > Google for WooCommerce > Product Feed. Also paste the exact Merchant Center error text here, since screenshots are hard to search.
