Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Do you see in errors in the browser console? Can you post a link to one of these products here?
Hi Mike
I cant see any errors, other than the fact that none of my colour swatches are showing and its instead saying “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable”. Before the update it was working perfectly so I dont know what the problem could be.
I have hidden all the “add to cart” buttons etc because we dont actually want people to buy straight from the website, this is just to display the products. To be clear that was done from the start and it was still working fine. I havent changed anything in any of the woocommerce files. Its all purely done with CSS.
Here is a link to one of the products so you can see. http://46.32.240.37/mdblandscapes.co.uk/hunza-products/hunza-ground-level-lights/hunza-spike-spot-adjustable/
The problem is under the heading “Available finishes and colours”
I have WOOCOMMERCE – SETTINGS – PRODUCTS – INVENTORY – enable stock management UNCHECKED so I dont know how its saying there is no stock when Im telling it not to track stock.
Thank you for your help

Hi,
In that product example’s editor, what does the stock setting show here?

If the product itself says that it is In Stock, then could you check if you have any cache plugins? If so, try clearing cache?
If that still does not help, see if there is a theme or plugin conflict by temporarily switching your theme to Storefront and deactivating all plugins except for one – WooCommerce – to see if that helps.
If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/). This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.
Hi!
For every variable product the Stock status says “In stock”.
Cleared Cache and nothing has changed
Ive also switched the theme to 2017 before I even wrote this post and it didnt fix the issue so its not the theme.
I dont know what else to do??? There are almost 100 products in the store with about 10 variations with each and they are all messed up now…
How can I switch back to a previous version of woocommerce to undo all the changes?
Did you by chance run the database updater?
yes. Once I saw there was a problem I went into woocommerce and it prompted me to run it so I did. It didnt change anything though….

Hi @shugadesigns,
Do the variations themselves have pricing? If they do not, could you try adding a price to the variables to see if that helps? The products would need a pricing to display in stock.

If you need to keep the prices hidden, then using a plugin such as https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/catalog-visibility-options/ would help.
