    Hi,

    Just reposting some of my unanswered questions:

    your plugin should be able to track all purchases and the total order amount throughout the dynamic upsell funnels built with https://buildwoofunnels.com/woocommerce-one-click-upsells-upstroke/?

    Make sure to create all events proprerly within your Tiktok Dachboard.
    <=you mean I need to have standard mode instead of Developer Mode?

    I selected Developer Mode for advanced tracking like scrolls down at least 50%.. will I able to track those with your plugin?

    is it possible to add content ID to a non-WC landing page with your plugin?

    does your pro version track dynamic variable order values?
    if not, will you be able to support that if upgraded to pro?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting our support.

    About your question, we have never tested this plugin (Woofunnels). Meaning that we are not able to tell you if it will work properly. However, our plugin (PRO version) adds the Tiktok Script everyhwere on your website.

    About Events, as mentionned, you have to define all setting within your Tiktok Dashboard so that your pixel knows what to track on your website. Check here: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article?aid=10025

    Developper Mode is used when you want to have full contol over your Script with customs codes. That’s it.

    About your landing page, if it’s not hosted on your WordPress website, then it’s not possible to use our plugin.

    We provide support regarding our plugin, how it works and how to use it. However, we are not tiktok. That’s our limit.

    can you clarify if your pro version tracks dynamic variable order values?
    or does it require script using developer mode? if so will you be providing the script for pro version?

    HI,

    Apparently, you don’t understand what is our plugin. ” Add Tiktok Pixel for Tiktok ads (+Woocommerce)” helps you add your Tiktok pixel script properly on your website.

    That’s it.

    The “dev mode” was added so that you can directly “copy-paste” a specific code provided by Tiktok.

    I recommend that you contact direclty the Tiktok team in order to validate If their pixel is able to track “dynamic variable order values”.
