- Is this in production or sandbox mode that you receive the error? If the error occurs in production mode, please try sandbox mode and see if you receive the same error.
- If you login to the PayPal Developer dashboard and navigate to your Application, is Advanced Credit and Debit Card processing enabled? https://paymentplugins.com/documentation/paypal/paypal-credit-card-settings/
- In the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page, you will find a
wc-ppcp log file. Can you share the entry for the validation error?

I’ll try it in the sandbox now to see if I get the same error.
Yes, advanced credit card and debit card processing is enabled, and it worked for the other plugin I was using. So my account is not limited in that aspect.
As for the error file, it does contain sensitive customer information, such as their addresses. I did find it, though. How should I share this with you privately?

Based on the log data that you provided we are submitting an escalation ticket to PayPal as it appears this is related to their API.
