Validation not functioning

The validation function for my form at http://hillsboroartsandcraftsfair.org/sample-page/ is not functioning. I have email, numbers only, etc, set up in the form, but it’s not making a difference. Not sure if this is on the plugin’s end, or my end… Anyone else having this problem?
