there are currently no multifile upload plugins that are compatible with conditional fields as far as i know. I have created a pull request to support multi file upload out of the box, but the author of cf7 did not want to add it because of security concerns. I’m currently working on adding multifile to conditional fields pro.
For now you could install this fork of cf7 if you are interested: https://github.com/takayukister/contact-form-7/pull/112
(note that you will lose changes if you update the plugin, so this is a temporary solution until i release it in cf pro)
