Validation for textarea OR file upload?

    I’d like to use CF7 for an online application, where people have to submit writing samples and references. I’d like to support both a textarea where people could copy/paste their submission, or file upload for people who’d like to upload .doc or .pdf files.

    Is there a way for CF7 to check if either the textarea has content OR a file is uploaded?
