Hi,
Thank you for reporting this.
We have re-tested the button presets, background colors, and global color palette settings in Responsive Theme v6.3.8, but we have not been able to reproduce the issue on our end so far.
To help us investigate further, could you please provide a few more details?
- When you mention the new button customization options, are you referring to the new Button Presets introduced in Responsive Theme v6.3.8?
- Which button preset have you selected?
- Are you using a Gutenberg Button block or a button from another plugin/page builder?
- Could you share the page URL where the issue can be seen?
- If possible, please provide screenshots of:
- The button settings in the Customizer
- The button as it appears on the live site
- Are you using any caching, optimization, or CDN plugins/services? If so, could you please try clearing all caches and check if the issue persists?
The additional details above will help us better understand the setup and investigate the issue further.
Thank you.

Hi @nikhilsharma84,
Thanks for getting back to me.
After playing arounds a bit I think I found cause of the issue I was having.
In Customizer > Global > Buttons I’m able to change the colour and type of buttons that I want, and it changes how they look in the preview window. But after publishing the changes and going to the live site the changes aren;t applied… I didn’t realise the ‘Global > Buttons’ settings don’t also apply to woocommerce buttons, even though they do change them in the preview window.
I actually needed to go Woocommerc > Product Catalog Options > Design to make changes that are applied to the Woocommerce buttons.
Sorry for the confusion, and thanks again for getting back to me.
Hi @japenz ,
Thank you for the update and for taking the time to investigate further.
We understand the confusion. The Global > Buttons settings are intended for the theme’s general button styles, while WooCommerce shop page buttons have their own dedicated customization options under WooCommerce > Product Catalog Options > Design. Therefore, the WooCommerce button styles are expected to be controlled from the WooCommerce settings and do not inherit the Global > Buttons styles on the frontend.
However, you have highlighted an inconsistency in the Customizer preview, where WooCommerce buttons appear to reflect the Global > Buttons settings even though those changes are not applied on the live site. We agree that this can be misleading.
We’ll add this to our development roadmap for review so that we can improve the preview behavior and avoid similar confusion in the future.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and helping us identify the issue.
