Hello there,
Thank you for being so patient.
I would like to ask you to please make a video of you doing this and seeing the issue on your end, so that I can know how to replicate it on my end and assist you better by pinpointing the issue faster.
Also, please tell me more about the device you are using and the browser, as it greatly helps narrow down the possible culprit of this issue. The device model and version, as well as the browser and its version, would be great.
You may use loom.com to make the video, as it will allow for the fastest way to share it with me via a link.
Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

I described the issue to you already, how will a Loom video help? It would show the icon box displayed in the old version, and not there in the new version. And what has a browser got anything to do with it as the old version displays fine in Chrome/Firefox and is not there with the new version.

Hi
I completely understand your frustration and why it seems unnecessary to record a video or share browser details when the difference between the two versions seems clear.
The reason we are asking for a Loom video and specific browser info is that when we attempt to reproduce the issue on our local test environment, the new version renders the icon box correctly without any problems.
Because we are not seeing the issue on our end, we want to recreate your exact setup as closely as possible. Seeing a short video of it happening in real time, along with knowing your exact browser version, screen resolution, or active extensions, helps us pinpoint if there is a specific conflict, caching behavior, or environment condition causing the icon box to disappear for you.
If you could share a quick Loom or any other video recording showing the issue alongside your browser details, it will allow us to dive straight into diagnosing the exact cause and get a fix out to you as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience and help in troubleshooting this.
Best regards,
-
