Hi! If I download Version 3, will it screw up anything that I’ve done in Version 2.2.2?

If you have edited the theme, then yes. You should not edit the theme itself. Instead create a child theme for your changes. Or install a custom CSS plugin.

I haven’t edited the theme, just the Mantra Settings.
