v.1.2.4 update broke the plugin

WooCommerce Ajax Product Search was working flawlessly until upgrade to 1.2.4 today. Now WP admin says: “WooCommerce Product Search is enabled but not effective. It requires Woocommerce in order to work.” WooCommerce is indeed installed and is working.

And search function on website is broken: http://clearwaterlandscapes.com/shop/ – actually will probable remove that if this isn’t solved soon. Looks bad.
