V. 4.1 cannot change settings – cannot click boxes

    Hi I just updated to version 4.1 and now none of my existing settings havecarried over and I am unable to tick the boxes again. Please help urgent!

    I have uninstalled, deleted the plugin and reinstalled but no luck. I’m looking at winding back the website

    Ok I have wound back to ver 4.0 and everything is fine. For your info I am running WordPress 6.1.1 and Oxygen Builder. I do like your image plugin – its very useful. Thanks Steve

    My name is Arun. Thanks for reporting this, it’s quite strange.

    Just to be clear, you are not using the pro add-on, right? I checked the differences in code between 4.0 and 4.1 and couldn’t find anything that could cause this issue.

    Do you happen to have a staging site by any chance? If so, could you please update to 4.1 there and disable other plugins and see if it’s a plugin compatibility issue? Wouldn’t recommend doing this on a live site for obvious reasons.

    Hi Arun, Yes the 4.1 update now works fine!

    I have deleted a plugin I was using – Siteground Security – but not sure if that was causing it.

    Anyway all works well now and I apologise for any confusion I may have caused
