UTM not save to cookie?

Hi, the plugin use to work fine, until recently.
Not sure what is change or there is a plugin conflict.

If i go to this page, and sign up on the page, all the UTM info will be capture in my gravity form
http://eccompare.sg/leannelee/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=SponsoredPost&utm_campaign=LL-Pro2

But if the user move to other page, say this page
http://eccompare.sg/eligibility-check/

The UTM information will be gone, gravity form is unable to capture them anymore.

Any idea what might went wrong?

same thing happen, the UTM information will not be capture on gravity form

I have just made a test on your website but I could not reproduce the issue.

I opted in and landed on thank you page, navigated around and still had the cookie

I did the exact same testing you said. And I have confirmed the fields populated in the form. Do you see the UTM data in backend for the two forms (/leannelee and /contact)?

yes i do
but when i try it out again myself, it can’t be captured.

Seem like out of 10 times, only 1-2 times will be capture properly

Hmm… if you can give me exact steps to reproduce the problem, i can help. Otherwise, it is really hard to hunt down the bug because other plugins installed might be conflicting too. Btw, are you using the shortcode implementation or “hassle-free” implementation from here

Hi Haktan,

The step to reproduce is as follow

1) Visitor came to our site at
http://eccompare.sg/leannelee/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=SponsoredPost&utm_campaign=LL-ProX2

2) let say they click on the “Eligibility Check” button, and land on
http://eccompare.sg/eligibility-check/

when they fill up the questionnaire, the UTM code is not capture.

There isn’t any UTM code, but is should be save in the cookie. It used to capture until recently. the form in the eligibility check is using hidden field to capture the UTM code.

The data is actually in COOKIE. So I think the problem is that the fields are not populated in the form. Can you tell me what is the hidden field names for the UTMs on http://eccompare.sg/eligibility-check/ and how you populate them? (e.g. Do you use the shortcodes? if so how? Thanks!

all my gravity form set up is similar, and sometime the UTM can be read, sometime not.

That’s a weird bug, i could not reproduce on my test site as well. I have the same setup and everything. It might be conflicting with other plugins too. Can u try disabling all the plugins except “HandL UTM Grabber” and test?

confirm issue is with wp super cache plugin
Gravity form is caching some old value
