    Hi,
I’m using mailpoet to send automatic email once a new content in a specific cateogry is posted.
I set “immediately” as frequency in mailpoet setup and using sendgrid I chose 100 emails every 5 minutes.

Once I post a new content in a category, nothing happens but all the admin notifications are sent as well as the test email.
    ideas?

  • You hit “publish” normally to publish your posts?

Not exactly, I’m using a front-end plugin. USP to b precise and from here posts are published directly. Why?

That might be the reason. MailPoet relies on the Publish hook used by WordPress. Usually, these other plugins do not run the WordPress hooks necessary to trigger the newsletter. Get in touch with the author of that plugin and ask him to investigate that. He should help you with that.

thanks, I tested it using WP article page , so the publish hook you meant. Unfortunately no emails were sent
