    Hi support,

Just wondering within your configurations, whether it’s possible to only use the search function without the map, with the function of only filtering out location addresses closest to the searched location name/postcode, as part of our page. Similar to this: https://www.oscarwylee.com.au/booking/

If so may I get help with instructions to make this effective?
    Thanks!

    Hear from you soon.

    Hi Support,

    Hope you are well.

As I have not heard a response in a while, I just wanted to touchbase that I have managed to hide the map section and only allow the search “store locator” function, and the listings available to view.

However throughout the process, the search box isn’t working.
I tried typing in a location to search, and also tried the “use customer’s location” feature next to it, but it’s not searching anything.

Here is where the plugin is embedded: https://estherrrl.wpcomstaging.com/locations/

Please let me know if you need access to inspect the store.

    Thanks

    Hi @oscar11,

Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.

Unfortuantely, this is a pro-related question, and as per the WordPress.org support guidelines, these forums are reserved for the base plugin and its features only, meaning we are not allowed to provide any support for the Pro add-on here.

Might I kindly ask you to perhaps get in touch with us directly via our website?

    Hi @stevendebeer

    Thanks for your reply.

I am a Pro user, however I’ve contacted a third-party to process my request for this issue. Additionally have put in a request via your website.

    Hear from you soon.
