using Safari 7.0 – Mac 10.9

After updated to 3.7 I have a horizontal panel taking up one third of the screen at the bottom in the browser. In dashboard it’s not there. Theres a small picture of a bee and the word ‘Inspect’ + these words – Console HTML CSS Script DOM
I cannot get rid of this panel. This is only happening in Safari, Firefox OK, Chrome OK

I am using Safari 7.0 – Mac 10.9
