    Hello,

I had not used my Nextgen for some time and now I noticed that there is a mistake. When doing upload the message “Object” appears. And when you hover the mouse over the button it starts sending the message “using runtime: html5”.

The fact is that I am not able to upload images.

I have been installing previous versions and only version 2.2.1 is working properly.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Note: I also installed version 2.2.20 that you provided through a link, but it is also presenting the same problem.

@bazzarello – Please update to the current release 2.2.30 and also make certain all of your other active plugins, your current theme, and WordPress itself are all up-to-date.

    Thanks!

    Hello @imagely,

    Thanks for the feedback!

Yes, I had already done that. I always leave WordPress and the plugins up to date. However, I had been updating the NextGen Gallery and had not noticed this error yet. Only yesterday that I needed the plugin that I noticed the error.

When I installed the latest version (2.2.30) I still deactivated all the plugins to see if there was any incompatibility, but it still did not work.

    Do you have any tips?
