Using podcast on a static page

Hi,
I finally was able to enable rss on my static-page permalink website using the RSS include pages plugin. My question now is, how can I use the podcasting feature of wordpress so that the mp3 on the the page http://nalandatranslation.org/projects/events/translators-tea/ can be accessed via rss or itunes, etc.
