Using Multiple Categories and acting as sub?

    Hello

    I’ve got a site, a gamer site, which I’m developing for a friend.
    It’s in development.

    Right now, the site has seven categories – one is general and shouldn’t really be used, but the main categories are News, Reviews, PC, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft.

    When writing a post, the author can place it under News/Reviews, and also pick a console/company. However, I need it so the reader can filter the results so only PC Reviews are displayed, rather than all.

    Is there a way, rather than subcategories (because it would lead to duplicate subcategories), so the reader picks which categories, something like cat1 AND cat4 – Nintendo (4) News (1), or just everything PC (News and Reviews), or all News?

    How would the permalink/URL structure work?
