First of all thanks you very much for this plugin, saved us a ton of work.

Here’s a problem related to the installation of GCB. We had GCB installed on our development server and was fully functional. Than we moved the whole WP installation to our production server under a sub-domain. GCB was working, however when you clicked on the GCB icon in wysiwyg you got the first page of our website in the popup window. Everything was still fully functional, but we had to add any GCB manually via ” text” instead of wysiwyg. So we re-installed it without any luck. We left if for as is and continue populating our new website.

We ‘moved’ the complete WP from the sub-domain to the root and went live this weekend and the problem is still there. When you click on the GCB icon you get the popup window with a Hostgator (my ISP) page saying : “ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR”. All GCB functionality is working, but can not add a gcb via wysiwyg. We are still able to add it manually via text option and all other gcb functions are working too.

Any idea what might cause this ?

    Thanks in advance,
    Ronald

My best guess is that during the transfer from your dev to production server an incorrect path may have been left somewhere in the database. If you have access to the database using phpMyAdmin I would do a search on all tables for the dev server path and if you find any, replace it with the correct path.
